  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef thoroughly, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, white rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
