- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- On a flat surface, lay out the tortillas. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each, add the cooked chicken, and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps and return them to the pan. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
