Description
A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring perfectly seared sirloin steak and a zesty sauce, ideal for busy weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients
- Sirloin steak
- Pasta (any shape you prefer)
- Cajun seasoning
- Garlic (minced)
- Cream (heavy or half-and-half)
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is best)
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned sirloin steak until beautifully browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, stirring continuously as you add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Slice the rested steak and return it to the skillet. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well coated in that scrumptious sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, you can add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers. Try serving with a crisp salad or garlic bread.
