  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak tips until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  3. While the steak is cooking, boil water and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Once the steak tips are cooked, reduce the heat. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and integrated into the sauce.
  6. Drain the rigatoni and add it to the skillet with the creamy steak sauce. Toss until well coated.
