Scale

- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the sirloin steak, and season with Cajun seasoning. Sear for 3-4 minutes for medium rare, then remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter, stir in the milk, and slowly add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Combine the cooked pasta and steak bites with the cheese sauce, mixing until well combined. Serve hot.
Notes
For a vegetarian twist, swap sirloin for chicken or tofu. Customize with different cheeses or add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor.
