- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, shredded cheese, lettuce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until it’s nicely browned.
- Toss in the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until everything is heated through and blended beautifully.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on hamburger buns, adding any optional toppings to your liking.
