- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto the prepared skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Plate the skewers and drizzle them with the Bang Bang sauce, garnishing with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for an hour before grilling. You can substitute boneless thighs for a richer flavor.
