Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Thread the chicken cubes onto the prepared skewers.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Plate the skewers and drizzle them with the Bang Bang sauce, garnishing with chopped green onions.
