  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 package store-bought dough (pizza or biscuit)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to dough instructions.
  2. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl and scramble in the skillet until just cooked.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into squares or rectangles.
