Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to dough instructions.
- Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl and scramble in the skillet until just cooked.
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of sausage and scrambled eggs on each piece, topping with shredded cheese.
- Roll each piece tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
