- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and mushrooms until the beef is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the beef broth evenly over the patties.
- Spread the mashed potatoes generously on top of the patties.
- If desired, sprinkle the cheese on top for extra creaminess.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
