- 3 cups strawberries (frozen (thawed) or fresh)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 140 to 170 degrees F, or as low as your oven will go. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture onto the lined sheet pan. Spread it out evenly to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and let it bake for 4 to 6 hours, depending on your oven’s temperature. The fruit roll-up is done when the center is no longer tacky.
- Allow it to cool completely. Then, carefully remove the fruit roll-up from the sheet pan. With clean scissors or a pizza cutter, trim off the edges and cut into 1-inch wide strips.

Notes
Experiment with alternative sweeteners like agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan option. Store in an airtight container or freeze for longer shelf life.
